Entry Level Office Assistant (part time)
Software company in Allen is looking for a part-time (20-25 hours/week) Office Assistant to handle inbound calls, office responsibilities and assist teams with various tasks.
This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to learn different aspects of a business and gain solid experience. Full-time conversion with full company benefits including medical and 401(k) is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Answer phone and route calls
Take detailed messages
File paperwork
Assist customer service team with duties including but not limited to
o Make outbound courtesy calls/emails to existing customers
o Outreach inactive customers for subscription reinstatement
o Update CRM database for customer records
o Maintain logs using Excel e.g. payment history, training signups, etc.
o Assist with mailings - include past due invoices, new sale paperwork, etc.
Assist other departments as necessary
Work with teams to order lunch, plan and schedule outings, parties, etc.
Requirements
HS Diploma
Phone experience and customer service experience a plus
Organizational and multi-tasking skills
Clear and professional written, oral communication skills
Good computer skills on Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability and willingness to learn
Dependable, reliable with attention to details
Good work ethics
