Small property management company looking for part time maintenance help Monday-Friday . Some maintenance skills preferred . Must also be willing to do yardwork on a regular basis and be familiar with operating equiptment. Tools prefered. Must have clean background record and valid drivers license and reliable transportation and own cell phone. Starting $20 hourly. Located in the Richmond Fan VCU area.
