Customer Service Representative

Stop Bugging Me Pest Control is a family owned company serving the vast majority of the Puget Sound Area. We are looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are located in the SODO district in Seattle and our team thrives on supporting one another with a customer and employees first culture.
The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for performing daily scheduling and dispatching functions while working with field technicians to meet customer needs. This is a position for someone looking for an opportunity within a local growing company.
Job Functions:
- Answer incoming customer calls from existing customers and potential new customers.
- Problem solve and assist customers with finding solutions or connecting them with resources to progress toward resolution.
- Work with field technicians to gather information and verify accuracy of notes and products used to relay back to customers.
- Work with the supervisor to resolve upset customers who have encountered a problem or have an issue with their service.
- Enter notes and update information on work orders or customer accounts.
- Work with team members to ensure all field technicians and customer needs are being given priority.
Required Qualifications:
-Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to meet specific deadlines
-Advanced PC skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook required
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that fosters effective relationships
-Fast and efficient data entry - 45 WPM and 10 key by touch.
-Previous customer service experience.
