Property management contracting position at Yakima, Washington

Requirements:

Living on site is required (free studio + live work facility office).

Have good communication, writing and reading skills

Have good knowledge in computer operating and Microsoft tools (word doc, excel sheet).

Up to date property manager activities (rent collections, deposits, Issuing notices, showings, fillings, evictions, maintenance, Pest etc)
