Primary Care Physician - Madras, OR

Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician or Family Medicine Physician for a role in Madras, OR. Will provide comprehensive health care, including preventive services, acute and chronic disease management, diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, and acute health care to adult patients.

Conduct histories and physical examinations and prescribe medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards.

Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed.

Evaluate the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.

Maintain medical records.

REQUIREMENTS:

BE/BC Family Medicine provider (MD/DO)

2 years minimum experience

Any State License

Current DEA Certificate

JOB DETAILS:

1 year, potential to extend for a 2nd year

40 hours
