Apartment Resident Manager

Professional Property Management Company seeking a full-time on-site apartment manager for a 204-unit property in North Hollywood. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes free apartment and salary, leasing commissions and benefits.

Responsibilities include: leasing, collections, serving notices and enforcing rules, scheduling and supervising turnover and repairs, tenant relations, vendor relations, vendor payables, bank runs, etc. You will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the building.

Required Skills:

2 years+ prior experience in property management

Spanish speaking

Strong computers skills (Yardi Voyager preferred)

Good customer service skills

Ability to enforce rules

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Accuracy and affinity with bookkeeping
