Songbird Parlour is the exciting new addition to the Sonoma Valley restaurant scene set to open November 2024. This modern restaurant and lounge features 48-seats and offers an unparalleled dining experience that celebrates the region's bounty while pushing gastronomic boundaries.

We are seeking passionate and experienced Lead Server, Server, Host, and Busser to join our front-of-house team at Songbird Parlour, working Wednesday-Sunday evenings. The ideal candidate will have a servant's heart, a deep love for hospitality, and the ability to lead by example. Responsibilities include oversight of service operations and playing a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring every guest leaves Songbird Parlour with a desire to return.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of serving experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants
- Proven leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge farm-to-table cuisine and wine
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Food Handlers and Alcohol Service certifications required
Schedule, Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time position, Wednesday through Sunday
- Pay rate: Lead Server: $20/hr plus tips; Server $18/hr plus tips; Busser $18/hr plus tips; Host $20/hr
