HIRING - Part-time Interactive Nanny Needed

Job Number: 10297Location: Saint Francis Woods, San Francisco

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8:15 am to 5:30 pm; family prefers a Nanny who is open and flexible to occasionally work additional hours.

Children: 6 month old girl and 2 year old girl (the 2 yr old is in morning preschool)

Duties: Childcare, meal prep and cooking for children, child related housekeeping, attending children's classes and planning children's activities

Requirements: Ideal candidate is knowledgeable in child development and activities to encourage the children's growth and development, is nurturing and interactive. The safety and health of the children are top priorities for the parents. Must be comfortable with parents working from home. Driver required; family can provide a car for use on the job. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain the Dtap and MMR vaccinations.

Salary: $35-$42 per hour; plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, two weeks paid vacation, 6 paid sick days and 8 paid holidays

Requirements: Recent, long-term, professional (paid) experience with children, ideally as a Nanny in a private home with excellent references. Long-term teaching experience with children and recent & substantial work doing in-home childcare for a family may also qualify.
