Part-Time Bookkeeping/Admin Assistant
We provide top-notch and full-service Bookkeeping and Business Management to a variety of clients, helping them keep their financials in order and their operations running smoothly. I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Administrative Assistant to join my team and support our diverse client base.
You will be responsible for assisting me with multiple client accounts to maintain accurate financial records and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role can be primarily remote, with occasional in-person time required in Thousand Oaks, ideally on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Assist with various office tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting for multiple clients is a plus
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and resourcefully
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
