Independent contractor positions (Ft Lauderdale/Broward and surrounding areas)

Professional Delivery Providers-MD (PDP-MD) is looking for Independent Contractors to service non-emergency patient transportation in Ft Lauderdale/Broward County and surrounding areas.

Experienced Independent Contractors needed for non-emergency patient transportation for medical appointments, special services and treatment facilities. All candidates MUST have a Broward County HACK/CHAUFFEURS License.

Qualifications:

Experience with non medical patient transport

Candidate must have valid Florida DL (hack/chauffeurs)

Candidate must have been a resident of FL for at least 4 years

Candidate must have an LLC/Corp

Vehicle and Insurance program available

Clean driving record

Pass drug screening and criminal background check

Be able to bend and kneel without restrictions

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must have reliable transportation to and from our office

CPR certified

Excellent customer service skills

Settlement structure weekly payouts

Responsibilities:

IC will be responsible for safe and timely transportation of patients to and from medical appointments, special services and treatment centers.

IC will be coached on how to operate our vans with wheelchair lifts and ramps

Full-time shifts available Monday thru Friday

Part time position are available

IC will be responsible for sanitizing vehicle throughout their shift
