As an Xactimate Estimator at Five Star Claims Adjusting, you will be responsible for accurately assessing property damage and preparing detailed estimates using Xactimate Software. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient claims processing and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Xactimate software to create accurate and comprehensive estimates for property damage claims.

Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate damage and gather necessary information for estimating.

Collaborate with adjusters, contractors, and clients to clarify estimates and address any discrepancies.

Stay updated on industry standards, pricing, and best practices related to property damage estimating.

Prepare reports and documentation to support estimates and claims processes.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an estimator, preferably in property claims adjusting.

Proficiency in Xactimate software is required.

Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and insurance claims processes.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
