What We Do:

Using our exceptional lead system, we assist families seeking life insurance coverage. We contact potential clients, gather relevant information, and schedule phone appointments to discuss options. Prior to the appointment, we review dozens of carriers to determine the best fit based on age, health, and lifestyle. Our approach is to address clients' needs comprehensively, ensuring that their families are protected during difficult times.

The life insurance industry is recession and pandemic resistant, with a consistent demand for protection. Additionally, we help clients with tax-free cash flow plans for retirement and wealth-building plans for children. You will work entirely remotely.

For those passionate about helping others, coaching, and making an impact, you can hire qualified candidates into your agency. With ongoing mentorship, you'll never be alone on this journey.

Compensation Structure:

Role: 1099

Starting Commission: 80% of the Annual Premium Value (APV) of policies written, increasing up to 130%, plus bonuses and potential equity ownership.

Commission Promotions: Once achieved, it is permanent. No quotas to maintain.

Earnings:

- Part-time (15-20 hrs/. week): $50k +

- Full-time (40 hrs/week): $150k+

- Many agents start part-time and transition to full-time.

- Additional earnings from policies written by agents you hire.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates are coachable, adaptable, and eager for personal and professional growth. This opportunity, while lucrative, requires self-motivation and consistency.

Given the industry's regulations, you must obtain a license in your resident state if you do not already have one. We will assist with this process. A background check is required, and you can consult your state's insurance commissioner regarding any disqualifications.
