Job DescriptionWho We Are:TheDepartment of Technology, Management and Budget(DTMB) supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems. We need someone who can seek effective solutions to help resolve problems in a timely manner.About The Position: This position will analyze performance of business and administrative activities of the Customer Service Center to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide advice and expertise to supervisors & management of the team within the section to maintain and improve quality and quantity of services provided to our active members. Research issues with high customer service or efficiency impact on the section and propose solutions. Develop and implement initiatives to promote quality and production.Position Location/Remote Office: The office location is Lansing, MI. The State of Michigan is not able to offer employment to out of-state applicants that do not plan to relocate. The Department of Technology Management and Budget currently offers a hybrid work option which requires two days working on-site at the official work location and three days of remote work per week.
