Snow Plowing Driver for driveways

I'm looking for a reliable plow driver to do a route of driveways. Route usually takes 8-10 hours. Shovel sidewalks as well, snow blower available.

Plowing experience is preferred, reliability is a greater preference.

Tower Lakes, North Barrington, Hawthorn Woods, and Lake Zurich

2003 Chevy 2500 Western 7.6 plow
