Responsibilities:

Clean and reset the cabin between guest stays.

Ensure the property is guest-ready with a 5-star level of cleanliness.

Keep an eye out for any issues or needed repairs and report them promptly.

Position 2: Airbnb Maintenance Handyman (Ashford, WA)

Looking for a versatile, reliable handyman for our Airbnb cabin in Ashford, WA. This is an on-call, hourly position perfect for someone local who can handle various tasks as they arise.

Requirements:

Must be located near Ashford, WA.

Flexible availability for on-call tasks.

Skilled in basic maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

Handle random short-term rental tasks as they come up (plumbing fixes, repairs, etc.).

Perform routine maintenance checks.

Be available for emergency fixes on short notice.
