Part-Time Bookkeeper
Primary Responsibilities to Include:
1. General bookkeeping including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, bi-monthly payroll and IRS tax payments
2. Maintain financial records for all accounts and payments
3. Invoicing
4. Miscellaneous related duties as needed
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum five years of bookkeeping experience
2. Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and MS Excel
3. Detail orientated with good organizational skills
4. Quick learner and persistent
5. Positive attitude and good communication skills
6. Problem solver and able to work independently
7. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Average approximately 13-17 hours/week. Hours are flexible however this is an in-person position only, not remote.
