OFFICE MANAGER
1. Build job files for field use and update with change orders
2. Build upgrade trim change orders for builder’s approval
3. PO all materials for jobs and work with suppliers to arrange for delivery at multiple locations
4. When statements arrive, verify all purchases against PO issued
5. Maintain and order office supplies
6. Scanning as needed
7. General filing
8. Coordinate with accountant as needed
9. Track the use of gas & diesel, and order as required
10. Oversee apprentice books and forms
11. Filing of permits and various reporting to general contractor
Applicants need to have;
1. Great communication and customer service skills and the ability to work in an environment without supervision
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize
3. Dependable with reliable transportation
4. Some knowledge of QuickBooks to generate monthly billings
5. Word
6. Excel
7. Outlook for email
8. Adobe Acrobat
