Primary Responsibilities:

Provide daily technical support for fire and burglar alarm systems, ensuring optimal performance and rapid response to issues.

Assist with access control systems and paging/voice communication support as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems across a broad array of alarm components and systems.

Engage in control panel programming, alarm system design, and documentation.

Review inspection documentation for compliance and accuracy.

Support training initiatives for new technicians, ensuring a high level of competency in system installation and maintenance.

Collaborate with team members to enhance support operations and develop best practices.
