Route Scheduler / Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a positive and energetic individual to represent our company.

Tasks include:

Returning customer phone calls.

Answer customer questions such as account balances, last or next service dates.

Email customers documents they may request.

Schedule appointments for service techs.

Following up to make sure all jobs are completed or rescheduled

Submitting paperwork to customers at end of jobs.

Must have strong, courteous, and positive phone skills.

Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.

General office computer skills are required.

Will have to be able to work and switch between call log, accounting, scheduling, and mapping screens.

Strong mapping skills are needed to plan efficient routes for the techs.

Other duties may include general office help, filing, data entry.

This is a full time position, Monday- Friday 9-5
