Hiring barista and waiter for cafe

Hiring barista and waiter for cafe & restaurant in downtown. Experience preferred but not a necessity. Freshers will be considered and training will be provided.

Job role & responsibilities:

Beverage preparation: Make coffee, tea, and other drinks, and create latte art

Customer orders: Take orders accurately, including preferences for coffee blends, dairy, and sugar

Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations

Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean and organized, and wash dishes and equipment

Inventory: Keep track of supplies and order new items as needed

Food service: Serve food like muffins, pastries, and bagels

Health and safety: Follow health and safety guidelines, and comply with health regulations

Equipment: Operate coffee makers, cash registers, and other machinery, and troubleshoot problems

Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to meet daily goals

Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Food preparation : Help prepare sandwiches, salads, crepes, juice and at times packing and help with deliveries.
