Property Maintenance Technician - PT

Part-time property maintenance technician job available for the right candidate: SEND RESUME with work experience AND a short description of your preferred work day/hours.

1 day a week for 8 hours with opportunity to grow into heavier part-time workload or full-time.

Independent contractor, $25/hr

Must have a phone and vehicle with ability to carry basic maintenance tools (vacuum, weed trimmer, rake, shovel, etc.)

Experience not necessary but preferred.

Chicagos Best Contractors is a property maintenance and remodeling company based in Lakeview and Lincoln Park. This position will oversee the routine maintenance of 6 multi-family buildings. Routine maintenance includes vacuuming of common area hallways, trimming weeds, leaf removal, trash pickup, and other light cleaning duties. We do not use harmful chemicals and all tools/materials are provided. We are looking for an individual with a free day each week that can visit 2-3 properties a day with various goals/tasks for that day. Work day selection would be mutually agreed upon with the understanding that this is an independent contractor relationship with the potential to grow into full-time w2 income if desired.
