Carpentry Foreman Mid Cape Area Full Time $40 to $50 Hourly

FOREMAN - HIRING IMMEDIATELY Seasoned Carpenter Full Time Position available with benefits available. Position consists of Home Remodeling Framing, New Builds and Additions, Custom Windows and Doors, Sliders, Custom Interior and Exterior Trim, Custom Kitchen and Bath Remodels, Custom Azek Decks, Historical Renovations and Restorations, position also includes supervising crew and time tracking and quality assurance. Full Time Hours are 7am to 3:30 pm Monday Through Friday. Benefits available after 90 days are 7 paid major holidays, 5 personal days / vacation time. 5 accumulative sick days after 30 days. Health, Dental and Vision insurance available after 90 days. Salary rate between $40 and $50 hourly based on verifiable employment references and on the books as a W4 employee only. Position starts immediately. 3 to 5 years experience required. Absolutely no sub contractors nor non English speaking individuals. Must have valid driver's license and social security card and equipped with basic carpentry tools.
