BPC, a well established commercial contractor in Westville, NJ. Our team is seeking a highly motivated, reliable and organized administrative assistant. This coordinator role will be the vital hub for job communications providing support to our whole team. This role ensures that the projects are cared for by providing assistance to management during every step of the process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:

- Perform clerical tasks

- Compile all daily reports from various departments

- Keeping job related (electronic) paperwork in order

- Contract reporting and filling

- Communicating with subcontractors and other related staff

- A skill set in Microsoft is needed (outlook, word, excel)

- Accounting software (QuickBooks specifically for invoicing, billing, etc.)

- Attention to detail in all work

- Reply in timely manor to all the correspondences for the company

- Look after office inventory

- Operate office filing systems in office and online a highly organized manor

- Provide support & work closely with management for projects, updates, schedules and clarifications

- Track each billing process
