High End Residential Interior Renovations Contractor is looking for Registered Superintendent to work in NYC

NYC Site Super needed, 5 Years experience, must have knowledge of general construction, must know how to read blueprints, in charge of typing up change orders, submittals, agendas, Project Schedules for weekly meeting and minutes meeting, great communication skills to deal with subs, building manager, clients etc., setting up trades on daily basis, knowledge of Word, Excel and Project Manager software. References Needed.
