The position assists with hiring, separating, client communications, inventory, audit procedures, and other day to day office items.
Requirements:
Experience as a coordinator or managerial skills
Bi-lingual in Spanish/English with the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish / English.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Coordinator responsibilities:
Generate new hire paperwork, worksheets, reports, etc.
Interviewing new potential employees
Answer telephones and correspond to emails
Check office supplies, stock and request needed supplies
Prepare Excel, Word, and PowerPoint documents for general company programs or meetings
Assist with Managing Schedules/Calendars
Networking:
Attend networking and community events as needed
Partner with Business Develop Manager to schedule events
Personnel Management:
Observe and help manage OT hours and payroll reports for employees
Communicate with business development manager and night supervisors as needed
Advertise job openings for new and current openings
Coordinate interviews and employee screenings w/ background checks
Organize and process disciplinary paperwork for associates
General skills and abilities: Bilingual, Excel, Word, Power Point, Excellent interpersonal skills Decision-making skills,
Attention to detail, effective organizational skills, time management, ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Lifting of supplies and materials from time to time up to 50 pounds, Capable of multiple hours sitting at a desk(standing desk provided as well)
