RN or LPN for Private Duty

Reliable, prompt, friendly individual needed for NOC shifts (plus fill-in hours). Willing to train new grads. We currently have the following shifts available:

NOCS: Every Saturday 8p-8a

NOCS: Every other Wednesday 8p-8a

NOCS: One Friday a month 8p-8a

NOCS: One Friday a month 2a-8a

Requirements: Current valid WI State Nursing License. CPR certification and Adult Ventilator Certification (8 hour class).

Patient: 65 year old female with dystonia. Has a tracheostomy, ventilator, urostomy and J-tube and G-tube. Non-verbal but uses communication devices. Patient is pleasant and alert. Uses electric wheelchair, hoyer lift, feeding pump, suction machine and cough assist machine. Needs total care (is able to do small tasks when set up).
