Account Manager
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager in SPRINGFIELD, Oregon. This role involves collaborating with various teams and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Account Manager will act as a liaison between internal teams and the Account Management team, establishing project roadmaps, delegating tasks, and preparing project proposals. This role is very client facing.Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure projects are completed within specified parameters Establish and manage project roadmaps, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements Delegate tasks and assignments to team members, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and concise information Attend and organize both internal and external meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration Act as a liaison between internal teams and the Account Management team, ensuring clear and consistent communication Use various tools and software systems such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Trello, and Adobe Acrobat to manage tasks and projects Apply knowledge of accounting functions and billing processes to manage project budgets Utilize CRM and other relevant software systems for managing customer relationships and campaign planning Ensure all work complies with Company Policy and meets the highest standards of quality.Requirements Proficiency in the use of 3M Ability to utilize accounting software systems effectively Experience with ADP - Financial Services Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Proficiency in CRM Familiarity with About Time software Understanding of accounting functions Experience in handling billing functions Knowledge of budget processes Ability to plan and manage campaigns Proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets Expertise in Microsoft Office Suites Experience with Trello Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
