Client Marketing Sr AssociateThe Client Marketing role supports the execution of marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Distribution colleagues aimed at acquiring, developing and retaining clients. By utilizing traditional as well as dynamic methods, such as client segmentation, marketing automation, digital and social methods, this job aims to execute campaign deliverables that deliver high-quality leads to the sales organization.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Develops and prepares marketing campaigns, resource plans, and other promotional materials for the marketing services team.

Provides tactical and custom marketing support aligned with Client Marketing support model in partnership with functional areas of marketing.

Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration with marketing partners, sales organization and business partners.

Helps identify ideas and opportunities for future state needs related to acquiring, developing, and retaining clients.

Incorporates a data driven approach to decision making for the marketing department and produces reports for management.

Monitors market conditions and consumer behavior and maximizes the return-on-investment on marketing campaigns to improve the client experience.

2+ years of working experience in a marketing or administrative role within a large organization

University degree

Experience working at an asset management or other financial services firm

Detail-oriented to ensure the accuracy and integrity of campaign deliverables and tracking

Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to express complex issues succinctly and clearly to business partners

Experience with managing a broad range of initiatives and demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines

Comfortable operating in/with a multi-location team

Proven ability to network within an organization

Enthusiastic individual, with a collegial approach, able to work in a culturally diverse organization and at different levels of the business

Demonstrates diligence, analytical approach and works proactively to resolve issues

Able to think independently and challenge or escalate roadblocks when needed
