JOB SUMMARYThe Supv Outcomes Improvement (OI) supervises daily tasks, and program activities of the OI team and leads the effort to train, retain, and engage committed OI and clinic team members. The goal of this work is to improve metrics for quality and patient experience while teaching efficient, effective workflows in the clinic and in the electronic health record (EHR) and being mindful of financial and regulatory requirements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLESupervises daily activities of the OI team including administrative and technical supervision and auditing of assigned staff that includes work allocation, development, performance, and quality service delivery. Performs human resource actions including interviews, performance evaluations, development, coaching, onboarding, training, reward and recognition, leaves, policy and procedure administration, work allocation and problem resolution.Designs and implements standard processes and procedures to achieve optimal quality, operational, and patient experience outcomes. Monitors quality of team activities to assure compliance to processes and procedures. Designs and implements on-going training to ensure high quality and improved outcomes.Facilitates, demonstrates, and maintains collaborative relationships to ensure participation and engagement of operational and clinical leaders and team members in improving quality, safety, and service outcomes.Analyzes data to identify trends, develops and oversees action plans, and proactively engages appropriate people to improve performance and outcomes measures. Communicates trends and action plan content effectively to all levels, including: senior leaders, clinic leaders and front line team members.Provides ongoing, effective, collaborative, two-way feedback to promote healthy and ethical work environment to resolve any concerns, questions, or issues raised inside team, with collaborating departments, or with customers, identifying, and addressing the root cause to prevent escalation to the next level.Creates and sustains a healthy work environment for assigned team members which fosters a culture of safety to include physical and psychological safety. Team members should feel safe and empowered to speak up, raise concerns, express ideas, and ask questions for the safety of our team members and patients. EDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
