Keep a reasonable flow of raw/cooked meat products moving through the processing machines.

Required to lift, push, and pull products to maintain a reasonable flow of materials.

Stuff, formulate and link raw products by hand using our traditional process which requires extensive attention to detail.

Inspect meat product and packaging before it becomes a final product to remove and catch deformities, imperfections, and any other quality control issue that may cause the product to be rejected.

Place finished product into pre-formed boxes for distribution to customer.

Minimum RequirementsPhysical Requirements:

Capability to stand in one place for 80% of the shift (8+ hours per day)

Capability to walk throughout department for 20% of the shift (8+ hours per day)

Requires the frequent use of both hands and arms.

Requires the ability to lift overhead using both arms.

Capability to bend, twist, and squat as needed throughout the shift (8+ hours per day)

Ability to Push/Pull racks weighing up to 300 pounds.

Ability to lift to 40 pounds with or without reasonable assistance.

Due to refrigeration that is required for the products, the room temperature is maintained at a temperature between 28 degrees (F) and 34 degrees (F), therefore candidates must be able to work in this environment constantly throughout the shift (8+ hours per day)

Frequent exposure to raw beef and pork meat products

Due to constant spillage and sanitation, floors are slippery when wet.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must beauthorized to work in the United States

Must know basic mathematic skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for purposes of a proper count of product in a variety of boxes and packaging sizes.
