Job Title: Maintenance LeadJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient production of products by troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures. You will perform preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability and train team members on technical processes. This is a 2nd shift position with 10-hour shifts, totaling 60 hours weekly, with the potential for up to 80 hours during operator training for those seeking additional overtime.Responsibilities include:

Supporting the production team as the mechanical expert

Ensuring production and support equipment are functioning properly

Performing preventative maintenance procedures

Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions

Making repairs or adjustments to equipment as needed

Performing basic electrical duties (replace motors, switches, PE, etc.)

Performing package changeover on lines as required

Supporting the team on all aspects of the operation

Training team members on mechanical processes

Focusing on continuous improvement

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standardsHard Skills

Leadership experience

Knowledge of gearboxes

Experience with conveyors

High-speed machinery expertise

Understanding of various pumps

Proficiency with pneumatic systems

Basic electrical skills (e.g., replacing motors, switches, PE)
