Grana is a unique contemporary Italian Osteria, specializing in Neapolitan style pizzas and seasonal small plates. We are a company that values our farmers, featuring a seasonal menu with respect to local ingredients. We are looking for a mature professional who shares our passion for food and has a desire for growth. We are proud of every dish we produce, every time, and expect the same from all our employees.
Candidates must have:
- 2 years line cook experience in a fast-paced, from scratch, fine dining kitchen
- Proficient knife skills and ability to follow recipes and plating to high standards
- Ability to demonstrate sense of urgency
- Ability to set, run, and maintain a clean and organized line at all times
- Able to take direction as well as work independently
- Confidence in palate
- Dedication and reliability
- Open availability Wednesday through Saturday with Friday and Saturday availability required
- ServeSafe Certification
- Professional references
