Insulation Lead Installer

Are you an experienced insulation installer with a knack for removing and replacing batt and blown-in insulation? Responsibilities:

Remove and replace batt and blown-in insulation in residential and commercial properties

Drive a box truck to transport insulation materials and equipment to job sites

Lead and supervise the installation crew, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols

Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the insulation installation process

Collaborate with the office team to schedule and coordinate job assignments

Inspect completed insulation installations to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

Previous experience as an insulation installer, with expertise in removing and replacing batt and blown-in insulation

Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck

Proven leadership skills, capable of managing a team and directing job site activities

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and the office team

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the insulation industry

Ability to use a smart phone and communicate effectively through out software program

Benefits:
