Intake & Sales Rep-Personal Injury - SPANISH SPEAKING IS A MUSTSD

Personal injury law firm in San Diego is seeking an in-house intake position. We are looking for someone with sales experience. The job starts immediately.

1. Candidate Must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years prior sales, telemarketing or law firm intake/sales experience

2. A bilingual Spanish speaker is a must.

3. Be organized and be able to handle a caseload in a timely manner.

4. Candidate Must have the ability to listen and build a connection with someone over the phone

Duties:

1-Completing detailed intake with prospective clients.

2-Being able to successfully convince prospective clients to hire our law firm.

3-Scheduling doctor appointments for existing clients.

4-Calling on new personal injury leads until the person is reached.

5-Sending out paperwork via DocuSign for new clients to complete.

6-Following up with clients who have not signed paperwork.

7-Tracking and following up with leads, outstanding paperwork, and referrals.

8-Assisting the Lawyers and other team members.

$25.00 to $35 per hour, as well as performance incentives, etc
