Job Responsibilities:

Pack items into boxes efficiently and securely for both residential homes and commercial offices

Unpack items from boxes and organize them in homes and office settings

Set up packing stations using folding tables

Lift and organize boxes after packing and unpacking

Handle billing through our moving app, SmartMoving

Pay and Benefits:

$22 per hour, plus tips

Paid training provided

Opportunity for future raises

Weekly payments via direct deposit every Friday

Schedule:

Flexible schedule, ranging from lunch to two days a week. This role is ideal for those not currently seeking full-time employment but are open to more hours as our packing division grows.

Location Requirements:

Our work is primarily based in Carlsbad and North County. To ensure timely arrival and efficient work, applicants must live within this area. We will not consider candidates living south of La Jolla or north of Oceanside.

Requirements:

Must be capable of passing a drug test and background check

No previous criminal record

Friendly, well-mannered, and good hygiene

Able to adhere to company policies regarding smoking and drug use

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualities:

We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and can work efficiently in a team environment. In our experience, candidates with these qualities have excelled in this role.
