General contractor - Journeyman Plumber

General contractor in Hayward is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. We work primarily on commercial projects so previous experience in the commercial sector is required.

Responsibilities include the following:

Install new plumbing systems, drainage systems, and gas lines for commercial projects

Repair and maintain existing plumbing systems

Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues

Locate and repair leaks

Install or replace fixtures

Perform preventative maintenance

Clear drain blockages

Document issues and repairs

Follow OSHA regulations and all safety standards

Perform takeoffs and be able to do your own layouts

Requirements:

Commercial experience

Clean driving record & ability to clear background checks

Must be able to read drawings and understand specs/codes

Good written and oral skills

Ability to be a team player
