Lawn Maintenance, cut grass, weed, trim blow Commercial building

I need a maintenance person at my commercial building to cut the grass, weed, trim and blow off the sidewalk and parking lot twice a month in the growing season, and once a month in the winter. This person would also do light weed spraying occasionally. MUST BE INSURED. Do NOT answer this ad if you do not have insurance to do the above work.
