Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Office Manager in various administrative tasks
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Follow up with customers regarding their auto repair status and satisfaction
Schedule and confirm appointments for repairs and maintenance
Maintain accurate records and assist with paperwork
Support the office with any additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient typing skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Professional customer service skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
