Part-Time Customer Support Administrator

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client follow-ups, ensuring the smooth flow of data between clients and our accounting team, and providing light administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients regarding missing accounting and bookkeeping data.
Track and notate updates for missing and received data using process management software.
Notify bookkeepers and accountants when client data is received and ready for processing.
Assist with processing a few weekly invoices and cutting checks.
Provide excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal team members.
Occasionally handle additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong aptitude for learning new software quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized with a keen eye for detail.
A pleasant speaking voice and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
Prior experience in administration or customer support preferred.
