Waitstaff / Bus Staff / Food Runner
Responsibilities
Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform
Greeting, seating, and escorting guests
Taking orders and delivering food and beverages
Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages
Communicating order details to the kitchen staff
Monitoring customer’s satisfaction frequently and anticipate needs without requiring direction
Delivering checks and collecting bill payments
Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware
Maintaining server stations for supplies
Restocking and replenishing service supplies, condiments, and service ware
End of the night cleaning and side work
In addition, other duties may be required as directed by senior server on duty
Helps load and unload supplies and product.
Waitstaff Compensation
$6/hr + Tips
English Fluency Required
Note: Tips are shared among servers and bussers who worked on the same day. Servers receive a higher portion of the tips than bussers but servers receive a lower wage than bussers.
Food Runner (Bus Staff) Compensation
$12/hr + Tips
Note: Tips are shared among servers and bussers who worked on the same day. Bussers receive a smaller portion of the tips than servers but bussers receive a higher wage than servers.
Expected Hours
20 – 30 hours per week
Must be able to work on weekdays
Weekly payments through payroll checks distributed every Friday.
