Job Description:
As a Storm Restoration Project Manager at Falling Water Roof Solar Solutions, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission. Your role encompasses finding leads, closing deals, and overseeing roofing projects from inception to completion. This position demands a blend of sales expertise, customer service finesse, organizational prowess, and self-motivation.
Please note that this is NOT a remote position. Key Responsibilities:
● Manage roofing and solar projects from planning to completion.
● Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
● Conduct site assessments, develop project plans, and maintain compliance with
standards.
● Communicate with customers, providing updates and addressing concerns.
● Use industry knowledge to offer informed recommendations and solutions.
● Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet goals.
Requirements:
● Experience in roofing, solar, or construction project management preferred.
● Familiarity with insurance claims, Xactimate, or similar tools is a plus.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to project management.
