Full Charge Bookkeeper
Description Our company is seeking a highly detailed and proactive Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and transactions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess great problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of bookkeeping software, and experience handling all aspects of a company's accounts.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all daily bookkeeping duties including tracking of expenses, income, sales receipts and payments.
Create and analyze financial reports and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and credit card accounts.
Maintain accurate financial records for tax purposes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop and improve financial processes and systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred.
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping software.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
