Automotive Sales Associate

KarMART Automotive Group is a family-owned group of dealerships that has been in operation since 1998. We have locations in Burlington, Washington and Kihei, Hawaii. Our franchises consist of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, Nissan, VW, and Mitsubishi. Our goal is and has been to promote from within whenever possible. Where you begin your journey doesn’t have to be where you stay within our company. Most of our management staff have been with the company for many years and started at an entry-level position. As a sales associate at our Washington location, you have the ability to sell from any of our 4 local dealerships giving you a huge available inventory advantage.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Welcome all customers to the dealership.

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs.

Provide information on current and incoming inventories

Provide test drives and present cost analysis to customers.

Assist in appraising trade-in vehicles.

Follow-up with all customers in a timely and effective manner. This may include phone, text, email, and other means.

Use CRM tool in an effective manner daily and complete all necessary tasks. Input customer information into CRM and maintain an active database of current and previously sold customers.

Complete required OEM training

We will train and provide you with the tools necessary to be successful.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

No sales experience is required, we will train you.

Outgoing, energetic, helpful, and positive personality.

Be able to follow a sales process.

Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving.

Motivated by commission pay plans and eager to improve.

Time management skills to be consistently productive.

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

4,000-month Guarantee for the first 90 days based on a full-time schedule with no extra time off

Compensation is commission-based and paid on the profit of each sale with a minimum of $200 per unit

Deals 1-9.5 pay 25% commission

At deal 10 you receive a $250 bonus and 30% commission retro to deal 1

At deal 14 you receive a $100 bonus and 35% commission retro to deal 1

Salesperson of the month bonus is $1,000.
