Office Manager & Bookkeping
We are looking for an energetic person to manage the small business activities and basic transactions in QuickBooks.
Job Description:
- Communication with customers and suppliers
- Managing daily business activities
- Creating and managing tracking charts in Excel
- Creating quotes in QuickBooks and sending them to customers
- Shipping Parts
- Keep updating the inventory of parts
- Entering data into QuickBooks
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
Working hours:
Flexible working time 3-5 hours per day during regular working time from 8 to 5 PM.
