New Home Construction Cleaner

Position will involve various new home construction clean activities, including but not limited to:

>Vacuuming (carpets, vents, etc.)

>Sweeping (floors, basements, garages)

>Dusting/Washing/Polishing

>Tub/Shower/Toilet cleaning

>Jobsite trash removal

>Occasional lifting/moving of materials up to 35lbs.

>Other duties as needed.

Interested applicant will need:

>Reliable transportation with valid DL & insurance

>Mobile (Smart) phone w/internet access

>No criminal background

>Proper identity and work authorization documents

>Strong/Flexible work ethic - Must be dependable, detailed oriented, and a self-starter

J&M will provide:

>Flexible work schedule with core days/hours being M-F, 8am-5pm

>Cleaning products & equipment needed to fulfill daily job requirements.

>Company work shirt and necessary safety equipment

Prior cleaning experience is needed.
