Handyman Needed - Part Time / Contract

Property Management Company seeking a part-time handyman or maintenance worker for the Commerce City area.

Responsibilities Include:

- Repairs and Maintenance of apartments and mobile home parks.

Qualifications:

- Previous handyman experience

- Knowledge of how to do proper repair and maintenance work (plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, etc)

- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance

- Smartphone and proficiency in its use - texting, taking pictures, etc - Good communication skills

- Your own tools

Part Time Contract position - No set hours - As needed
