Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented culinary team, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
- innovation: Develop and execute a diverse menu of Italian dishes, continuously exploring new trends and techniques to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring each dish meets our exacting standards.
- Operations: Oversee kitchen operations including inventory management, ordering, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Guest Experience: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall dining experience and respond to guest feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an executive chef or chef de cuisine role, with a proven track record in a fine dining environment, preferably Italian.
-Education:Culinary school or college degree is preferred but not required. What’s more important is your hands-on experience and culinary expertise.
- Skills: Proficient in basic Excel and QuickBooks; a solid understanding of kitchen management and cost control.
- Passion: A genuine love for Italian cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence.
