SCHEDULER POSITION FOR HOME HEALTH AGENCY

Two Girls Home Care is seeking an Experienced Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules, ensure all shifts are covered, and provide timely support to caregivers and clients.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts.

Adjust schedules for last-minute changes.

Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients about scheduling updates.

Maintain accurate records of hours worked and availability.

Resolve any staffing conflicts.

Qualifications:

1-2 years’ experience in scheduling or coordination (home care/healthcare preferred).

Experience with WellSky scheduling software is preferred .

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
