Building Maintenance

COOPERATIVE BUILDING SEEKING MAINTENANCE PERSON.

Experience required. Duties include: basic buildings repairs, painting, plumbing, light carpentry. Heavy outdoor and indoor building maintenance. Must assists building superintendent with various maintenance tasks;. Must have basic tools.
