Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Designer who has a solid understanding of both design principles and the building process. This role is perfect for someone who can think outside the box and develop unique exhibit designs that inspire and engage. You’ll be part of a team that transforms ideas into physical, engaging environments for brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Design innovative and compelling custom exhibits from concept to completion.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Work closely with production and build teams to ensure designs are feasible and within budget.

Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings for client presentations and internal review.

Utilize creative problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and constraints.

Stay current on design trends, materials, and technology to keep our work cutting-edge.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in exhibit design, interior design, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, particularly in physical spaces or structures.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).

Understanding of the building process, materials, and fabrication techniques.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with the ability to balance form and function.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within constraints.
